The proposed building, currently under construction, will be 7 stories with 134 apartment units. The project is said to be one of the first new buildings in the area because of the recent rezoning and the potential redevelopment of the Portland Public School District education services building just next door. The use of white cement-like material gives it a contemporary feel, while the strong linear movement adds a sense of dynamism. The building features a variety of amenities for its residents, including a rooftop terrace, fitness center, and bike storage.
Project included Type III Design Review through the City of Portland and currently under construction.
